Why this mattersClosing out a project depends on collecting every compliance document — producer statements (PS1/PS3/PS4), subcontractor warranties and as-built drawings — and compiling the Building Manual (O&M manual). Without it the client cannot operate or maintain the building, and the Code Compliance Certificate (CCC) cannot be issued.
